Established in 2012
Taigh Eilidh means Eilidh’s House in Gaelic. We built this house in 2012 in memory of Eilidh who was Norman’s mother. Eilidh’s family were from Port of Ness, she loved this place and we wanted to honour her memory by building a house that would ensure the family kept roots firmly placed on the island for generations to come.
As well as being a family home we also have the opportunity to share this wonderful place with our guests.
